“Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart…”
One of the things I have been learning lately is what makes a “beautiful person.” Not the outer, but the inner beauty from HIM. Of course we’ve all heard it over-and-over “it’s on the inside that counts!” Still I’m seeing it come to life here so much more. The workers and interns here are such bright and beautiful people for Him!
Here in the -Stan we have a core group of interns. Each person has their own qualitys (or Fruit of the Spirit/Spiritual Gifting) that I truly admire: faith, peace, patience, hospitality, a servants heart, joy… The list goes on and on. Still there are two foundational qualities in everyone: love and faithfulness to their calling.
The image of Him, reflected.
“…Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.”
What a testimony!
In conclusion: Let love and faithfulness be worn as a necklace on your neck. That others may glorify the Father.
These verses (the blog title and above) go together and you can find them both in Proverbs 3 verses 3-4
